The National Bureau for Revenue’s Equal Opportunities Committee held its third meeting for 2025, chaired by Mrs. Rana Ibrahim Faqihi, Chief Executive of the Bureau and Chairperson of the Committee. The meeting focused on advancing initiatives that empower women and strengthen gender balance across the institution.

This effort aligns with the Bureau’s ongoing commitment to supporting Bahrain’s National Gender Balance Plan, by adopting strategies that contribute to the Kingdom’s sustainable development and inclusive growth.

During the meeting, committee members reviewed the 2025 work plan, highlighting key achievements made so far and discussing the progress of ongoing initiatives aimed at improving the institutional environment. The discussions also touched on enhancing communication between employees and senior management, as well as implementing knowledge-sharing and professional development programs that foster collaboration, boost performance, and elevate the overall work ecosystem.
