15 government employees for development program

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has announced the selection of 15 government employees for the 11th intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program, following a rigorous screening and evaluation process.
The selected candidates are Bayan Abduljalil Al Ajaimi from the Ministry of Health; Jassim Ahmed Al Ateya from the Electricity and Water Authority; Hanin Aref Marsal from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; Sara Ebrahim Abbas from the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications; Sara Mohamed Ghuloom from Government Hospitals; Salman Isa Al Mannai from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority; and Salman Mohamed Al Jawder from the Ministry of Interior.
Also chosen are Abdulla Ameen Al Aamer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Abdulla Ali Al Mahdi from the Ministry of Education; Isa Hasan Al Saqr from the Urban Planning and Development Authority; Faisal Husain Al Faqeer from the Ministry of Information; Nasser Raed Nasser from the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf; Muhannad Mohamed Al Doy from the Ministry of Legal Affairs; Noof Abdulaal Habib Abdulaal from the Primary Healthcare Centers; and Sayed Yusuf Aaref Mohamed from the Electricity and Water Authority.
Professionals
The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program aims to develop highly qualified young government professionals through a one-year secondment at the Prime Minister’s Office. During the program, participants receive advanced training in research, analysis, and leadership, gaining first-hand experience in policymaking and implementation.
Through direct engagement with senior officials and decision-makers at the PMO, fellows enhance their professional capabilities, equipping them to contribute more effectively to their respective government entities and further strengthen the public sector’s overall performance.
