Fifteen talented Bahraini graduates have been selected to join the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (CBB) first-ever GP15 Graduate Development Programme, marking a significant step in cultivating a new generation of professionals for the Kingdom’s financial sector.
The programme’s induction day brought together the graduates and senior CBB officials, led by His Excellency Khalid Humaidan, Governor of the Central Bank. Participants were introduced to the Bank’s mandate, strategic role, and the objectives of the six-month initiative, which combines formal learning with hands-on experience.
According to the CBB, the selection process was highly competitive, including aptitude tests and personal interviews to ensure the most qualified candidates were chosen. Applicants were required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree within the past two years with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
