Bahrain wins ICAO Council President certificate for excellence in civil aviation security

The Kingdom of Bahrain has been awarded the ICAO Council President Certificate, one of the most prestigious international distinctions in civil aviation, in recognition of its progress in advancing aviation safety and security.
Husain Ahmed Al Shuail, Undersecretary for Civil Aviation Affairs at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, received the award during the opening session of the 42nd Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Canada.
