The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has delivered the first batch of the Al Naseem project in Salman City, executed in partnership with Delmon Gate, to citizens benefiting from housing finance options.
The project is being implemented under the Government Land Development Rights Programme.
Her Excellency Amna bit Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and Abdullah Ali, Chief Executive of Delmon Gate, handed over keys to citizens receiving units in the first phase, following the completion of construction and infrastructure works.
Schedule
The remaining units will be delivered progressively according to the approved schedule. Al Rumaihi emphasised that, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Bahrain remains committed to implementing housing projects that meet citizens’ needs and strengthen public-private sector partnerships.
She noted that the Al Naseem project represents a significant housing milestone within the framework of such partnerships, being the second completed project after the Suhail Housing Project in Al Lawzi, Northern Governorate.
The Minister highlighted that the project was also part of the pilot phase of the “Off-plan Sales” scheme, launched during the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition in April, which witnessed strong demand.
