Summer Awareness Campaign a Success
The Indian Community Welfare Association – ICRF Bahrain’s Thirst-Quenchers 2025 team successfully concluded its annual summer awareness campaign.
Aligned with the Ministry of Labour’s initiative to ensure a healthy and safe working environment during the sweltering summer months, ICRF Bahrain distributed bottled water, juices, laban, milk, custard, and fresh fruits such as oranges, apples, and bananas at the Nass Contracting Project worksite in Raffa.
More than 450 workers participated in the 13th-week event, held yesterday.
This year, the program received support from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour, Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Guests included Nedal Abdulla Alalawai from the Ministry of Interior and Eng. Hussain Al Husaini, Head of Workers’ Residence Inspection at the Ministry of Labour. Both officials joined the distribution and highlighted the support extended to workers by their respective ministries.
