He commended the association’s coordination efforts over recent years, which reflected a shared commitment to raising professional and technical standards.
Dr. Al Buainain also called for expanding the association’s media team to publish judicial rulings, legal research, and studies, particularly in social and economic fields, to enhance prosecutors’ knowledge and decision-making. He stressed that broader cultural and academic exposure would help members make better-informed judgments that serve the public interest.
Additionally, he proposed establishing an annual award for the best legal research submitted by prosecutors, with winning works published on international platforms.
On the sidelines of the meeting, a seminar was held under the theme “Criminal Investigation in Digital Currency Crimes and Evidence Handling.” Experts and specialists took part, and Bahrain’s Public Prosecution presented its experience in investigating digital currency crimes, including methods of gathering evidence and tracking financial offenses.
