Noor Al Hulaibi has become the first Bahraini woman to complete the TCS Sydney Marathon, held on 31 August 2025. The marathon, which covered a full distance of 42.195 kilometers, has officially been recognized as the seventh Abbott World Marathon Major of 2025, meeting all the criteria for a major international marathon.
Noor’s remarkable performance demonstrated her exceptional endurance, mental strength, and athletic determination. Completing the marathon in its inaugural year, she has not only set a personal milestone but also highlighted the competitive spirit of Bahraini athletes on the global stage.
