Bahrain Continues to Invest in National Talent, Crown Prince Emphasizes
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy King, highlighted the importance of Bahrain’s national workforce in driving progress and excellence. Speaking at Gudaibiya Palace today, Prince Salman stressed that the dedication of skilled Bahraini professionals is key to sustaining achievements and ensuring a brighter future.
“Through the efforts of our loyal national workforce, achievements are built and successes renewed. We are confident that the future will bring further progress and distinction,” Prince Salman said. He emphasized that, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Bahrain remains committed to developing and empowering its national talent, believing that investment in human capital is fundamental to long-term growth and sustainable success.
The Crown Prince met with the tenth cohort of participants in the Prime Minister’s Program for Developing Government Cadres, in the presence of Minister of Cabinet Affairs Hamad bin Faisal Al Maliki. He praised the participants for their dedication, responsibility, and consistent commitment to excellence. Prince Salman also commended the program itself, which over more than a decade has contributed significantly to enhancing government performance, and encouraged continued development of the initiative to achieve its objectives.
Prince Salman noted, “The dedication and loyalty shown by our national cadres reflect a nation that values its people as its greatest asset. The Bahraini workforce has repeatedly shown that ambition knows no bounds, and strong determination can open new horizons for the future. Our trust in Bahrain’s team is based on the firm belief that they are essential drivers of national development, leading us toward a brighter tomorrow with expanded opportunities and lasting achievements.”
The tenth cohort expressed their gratitude to the Crown Prince for his commitment to nurturing national talent and vowed to continue contributing their utmost to the development and progress of Bahrain.
