Isa bin Mohammed Centre established
A centre promoting moderate thinking mindset has been launched in Bahrain. Al-Eslah Society named the new institution after the late Shaikh Isa bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa in tribute to his national and charity contributions.
Eslah Society Vice Chairman Dr. Shaikh Abdullatif Al-Sheikh announced the scheme in consultation with the deceased's sons. The newly-established Isa bin Mohammed Centre will host an international forum every two years under the theme "Isa bin Mohammed World Forum for Moderate Thinking".
The planned symposium will provide a platform to expose researches, studies, success stories and inspiring case studies. Workshops will also be held regularly to foster moderate Islamic thinking among Arab youth.
Dr. Al-Sheikh said that the new centre has been authorised officially, pointing out that Eslah Society would host the institution until the inauguration of its headquarters.
