Man dies after being found in abnormal condition on public street

A 42-year-old man who was discovered in an abnormal condition on a public street has died while being transported to hospital.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed the incident, stating that the man — whose nationality and other details remain undisclosed — was found by emergency police patrols.
He was taken to hospital by the national ambulance service, but succumbed en route.
The ministry added that the competent authorities have taken all necessary legal measures.
