Pakistani Women's Association Launches Summer Hydration Drive for Construction Workers

The Pakistani Women’s Association (PWA) has successfully completed Phase 1 of its summer refreshment drive, providing much-needed relief to construction workers enduring Bahrain's intense heat. The initiative saw the distribution of insulated thermos bottles filled with cool beverages at a local construction site.
Beyond immediate hydration, the drive aimed to foster environmental responsibility among workers. PWA volunteers raised awareness about the health risks associated with reusing plastic bottles when exposed to the sun and encouraged more sustainable hydration habits.
This thoughtful initiative underscores PWA’s ongoing commitment to community care, environmental sustainability, and meaningful youth engagement, reinforcing their dedication to social welfare in Bahrain.
