Foreign Minister Attends GCC Ministerial Meeting

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, participated in the 163rd Ministerial Meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held in Saudi Arabia.
The session, chaired by Abdullah bin Ali Al Yahya, Kuwait’s Foreign Minister and current President of the Ministerial Council, was attended by the Foreign Ministers of the GCC member states, alongside Jassim Mohammed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the GCC.
Key discussions at the meeting included the progress on implementing decisions made by the GCC Supreme Council and the Ministerial Council, as well as the recommendations put forward by the various ministerial committees and specialized councils regarding joint cooperation within the GCC.
