Bahrain, UK ties built on mutual respect: HRH CP
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday affirmed that the ever-developing bilateral relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom are built on mutual respect, and a shared pursuit of safety, stability and prosperity. The Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister said this while holding a meeting with Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge. The meeting took place during HRH the Crown Prince’s attendance at the official handover ceremony for the UK’s new Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre (DNRC), which was held at the Stanford Hall Estate near Loughborough. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the importance of further enhancing military, diplomatic and economic ties which span over 200 years.
