Emirati Guard Affiliates Complete Self-Defense Course in Jordan

Visit showcases advanced training, protection skills and operational readiness of Jordan’s Royal Guard units

The self-defense course for affiliates of the Emirati Guard and the Special Royal Guard Command concluded at the Special Royal Guard Training School in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Assistant Commander of the Emirati Guard, Major General Adel Abdulrahman Al-Kandari, along with his delegation, met with Commander of the Special Royal Guard, Brigadier General Khaldoun Abdul Fattah Khalifat, during an official visit to the training school.

Major General Al-Kandari attended the graduation ceremony of the self-defense course, which brought together participants from the Emirati Guard and the Special Royal Guard Command.

During the visit, the delegation received a briefing on the responsibilities and missions of the Special Royal Guard Command, as well as its achievements in training, qualification programmes and specialised courses conducted at the school.

The delegation was also briefed on training exercises related to VIP protection and security operations, followed by a tour of the training fields and facilities.

At the conclusion of the visit, Major General Al-Kandari praised the high level of preparedness, professionalism and training standards demonstrated by the Special Royal Guard personnel.

He highlighted the advanced capabilities reflected through the various training programmes and activities carried out by the command.

The visit was attended by the Kuwaiti Military Attaché to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
