UAE and Egypt Presidents Discuss Regional Developments on G7 Summit Sidelines

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, met with His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Évian-les-Bains, France.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the two leaders reviewed the strong bilateral ties between the UAE and Egypt and explored opportunities to further enhance cooperation across a range of sectors in support of their countries’ development objectives.
The discussions also covered regional and international issues of mutual concern, with a particular focus on the latest developments in the Middle East and ongoing efforts aimed at strengthening security, stability, and peace across the region.
In addition, the leaders exchanged views on key topics featured on the G7 Summit agenda, underscoring the importance of international collaboration in addressing shared global challenges and promoting sustainable development and prosperity.
