Dubai : Dubai has announced that private school fees will remain unchanged for the 2026–27 academic year as part of a wider government support package aimed at easing costs for families and strengthening the education sector.

The decision was issued under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and forms part of a broader AED 1.5 billion incentives plan, with total recent support measures reaching AED 2.5 billion.

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) said schools and early childhood centres will also receive financial relief, including licence fee deferrals, instalment options, and certain fee and fine exemptions.

Officials said the measures are designed to support families, ensure stability in the private education sector, and maintain access to diverse schooling options across Dubai.

KHDA added that student enrolment continues to grow, with more affordable school places being added to meet rising demand.
