Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has sent a large shipment of medical aid to the Gaza Strip, delivering 53 tonnes of essential supplies. This is part of its humanitarian effort called “Operation Gallant Knight 3,” which aims to support the Palestinian people and reduce their suffering.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the aid arrived in eight trucks carrying medicines, medical equipment, and hospital supplies. These items are meant to help hospitals in Gaza continue treating patients despite difficult conditions.
The supplies will mainly support the UAE field hospital in Rafah and the Emirati medical centre in Khan Younis, while also helping other healthcare facilities across Gaza. The aid includes important resources needed by doctors to treat the injured and those in need.
