Power Outages Reported in Kuwait After Transmission Lines Damaged
Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in Kuwait announced early Tuesday that seven overhead power transmission lines went out of service in several areas after being damaged by falling debris from an aerial interception.
The ministry confirmed that the incident caused power outages in parts of the country, adding that restoration efforts are currently underway to bring electricity back as quickly as possible.
It also stated that technical teams will begin assessing the damage and carrying out maintenance work once the affected locations are secured.
