India FM Discusses Regional Developments with Bahrain Counterpart

New Delhi: India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said he spoke with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani to discuss the evolving situation in the region amid escalating tensions.
Jaishankar described the recent developments as a matter of concern and said he was assured that the Bahraini government would take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of the Indian community in the country.
