Qatar Confirms Personnel Movement at Al Udeid Air Base Amid Regional Tensions
Doha, Qatar: Qatar has confirmed that the departure of some personnel from Al Udeid Air Base is linked to the current regional tensions.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the International Media Office (IMO) said the measures are part of steps being taken to ensure security and safety.
The IMO stressed that protecting citizens and residents remains a top priority for the State of Qatar. This includes safeguarding critical infrastructure and military facilities.
The office added that any new developments will be announced through official channels.
