MBS, U.S. House Leaders Hold Key Talks in Washington

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held broad-ranging meetings on Wednesday with U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson at the U.S. Capitol in Washington. Senior leaders and members of various House committees also attended the discussions.

House officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the longstanding strategic relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States. The Crown Prince reviewed key developments in regional and international affairs and explored opportunities to expand cooperation across multiple sectors.

The Saudi delegation included Minister of Energy and Chair of the Saudi–U.S. Strategic Economic Partnership Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman; Saudi Ambassador to the United States Princess Reema bint Bandar; Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan; Minister of State, Cabinet Member, and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban; Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Qasabi; Minister of State and Cabinet Member Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh; Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan; and Secretary-General of the Partnership Council with the United States, Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri.
