Saudi Arabia Condemns Israeli Threats Against Palestinians

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned remarks by the Israeli Prime Minister calling for the displacement of Palestinians, including through the Rafah border crossing, and using blockade and starvation tactics to force their removal.

The ministry described these actions as a clear violation of international law, humanitarian principles, and basic human rights, while reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s full support for Egypt’s position on the matter.

Saudi Arabia called on the international community, especially the permanent members of the UN Security Council, to take urgent action to halt Israel’s aggressive policies against Palestinians. The Kingdom reiterated its firm rejection of any forced displacement and stressed the need to hold Israel accountable for acts of genocide and serious violations against civilians.

The ministry emphasized the importance of protecting the Palestinian people and ensuring their right to establish an independent state along the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, describing this as the only way to guarantee peace and stability in the region.
