New Millennium School celebrates second language week

Applauding the spirit and prolific nature of multilingualism , New Millennium School, celebrated ‘Second Language Week’ (Hindi, Arabic, Sanskrit & French) from 7th to 11th September, 2025.
The students were exposed to the world of literary brilliance with a plethora of interesting activities.
The students of the Hindi language participated in self-composed poem recitals, Story narration, designing advertisements and beautiful flash cards, speech presentations and many more. The magic of musical notes was woven with Hindi self- composed patriotic songs sung by the children. Beautiful literary fragrance filled the young and curious hearts as one after the other the students enunciated the activities.
The students of French, Sanskrit and the Arabic Language, carried out research and compiled biographies on famous personalities, drafted self-introductory paragraphs and also presented self-composed poems expressing their love for the homeland.
They also had a cultural display and culinary session that brought out the uniqueness of the language and tradition.
Principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma appreciated the collaborative efforts of all teachers, students and parents in making the weeklong celebration a grand success and stated that the school shall continue to plan many more activities to promote the artistic potential among the students.
Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai and Managing Director Mrs Geetha Pillai complimented the students on their efforts and endeavors and congratulated the Language Departments on the success of the Week.
