A Passion Project with History

Tamer Farouk, General Manager at Hilton Bahrain, played a key role in bringing CLAW BBQ to the Kingdom. He first experienced the brand during his time as GM at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha: “CLAW BBQ is so much more than a restaurant, it’s a whole experience. From the Southern hospitality and the energetic vibe to the delicious food and drinks … Guests don’t just come to eat, they come to have fun.” He felt Hilton Bahrain, located in the heart of Juffair, the Kingdom’s entertainment hub, was the perfect home for this lively concept. “Our hotel already has a fun and quirky personality and CLAWBBQ brings exactly that. It’s lively, it’s unique, and it’s designed for people who want to roll up their sleeves, dig in, and really enjoy themselves.” Farouk says.
