Globant and Infobip Form Strategic Partnership to Advance AI-Powered Enterprise Engagement in MENA

Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a global digital transformation company, has announced a strategic partnership with Infobip, a leading omnichannel communications provider, to accelerate AI-powered enterprise engagement across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The collaboration aims to integrate Globant’s expertise in generative AI and predictive analytics with Infobip’s award-winning Conversational Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP), which uses Agentic AI and interactive omnichannel messaging. Together, the companies will offer enterprises more personalized, secure, and scalable customer engagement solutions.

“Our joint solutions are designed to deliver Conversational AI experiences that drive stronger customer engagement,” said Veselin Vuković, Chief Alliances Officer at Infobip. “By merging Infobip’s communications platform with Globant’s AI capabilities, we can create smarter, more personalized customer journeys.”

The partnership will be officially showcased at the Saudi Retail Show in Riyadh from October 7–8, 2025, where both companies will present their AI-driven customer engagement tools. Visitors will see how the technologies can accelerate digital transformation, enable faster issue resolution, and enhance personalization across multiple communication channels.

Julio De Salvo, SVP of Solutions and Head of Solution Strategy & Partnerships for MENA & APAC at Globant, highlighted the shift toward AI-driven commerce:
“Enterprises are seeking innovative ways to build trust and reinvent customer connections. With Infobip, we are embracing the agentic AI era, where intelligent systems drive autonomous operations and enhanced shopping experiences.”

The joint offering will provide enterprises with advanced conversational AI, integrated analytics, and interactive messaging services—including WhatsApp—delivered through secure, branded communication channels that reduce fraud risks. Backed by 24/7 support and rapid API integration, the partnership promises to help businesses scale confidently across the region.

Earlier this year, Infobip introduced its CXOP platform, reinforcing its commitment to AI-powered customer experience solutions. The partnership with Globant further strengthens this vision, positioning both companies as key drivers of digital transformation in the MENA region and beyond.
