The Bahrain U-17 Women’s National Team is set to embark on an exciting journey in the WAFF U-17 Girls Championship, with head coach Zahir Al-Asbool expressing confidence in his squad’s preparations and aspirations for the tournament.
"We have prepared for the championship by holding an intensive pre-tournament training camp," said Al-Asbool. The meticulous preparation underscores the commitment of the team as they take on their first major challenge on the regional stage.
For many of the young players, this tournament marks their first international competition. "Most of our players are participating in their first official tournament," Al-Asbool explained.
