A note by events by events co-ordinator -  Mini Roy

“Festival celebrations in schools have become an integral part of joyful learning and community building. They play a highly significant role in the lives of students. Celebrations help the students to know about how cultures and traditions differ state wise and how it’s celebrated in different parts of India and around the world. ASB celebrates Festival Fiesta in December just before Xmas. It’s a culmination of Dussehra, Diwali, Eid,  Xmas and New Year.

Through these celebrations students learn the lessons of goodwill, tolerance, sharing, caring, give and take. They learn to celebrate the differences and there develops a strong bond between them.”
