Info Session on AACSB Membership

The University College of Bahrain (UCB) hosted an information session on the value of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) Membership and Accreditation at Saar campus. The session focused on the business education landscape in the Kingdom of Bahrain, building a Business School and understanding Inter-Locked phases. The session was headed by Dr. Tim Mescon - Senior Vice President and Chief Officer EMEA, AACSB International,  and Dr. George K. Najjar – Special Advisor to the President & CEO, AACSB International.

The info session was well attended by the majority of Business schools in Bahrain such as AMA University, Gulf university, Ahlia University, Kingdom University, Royal Women’s University, Applied Science University and University of Bahrain.

We highly appreciate AACSB for taking the initiative to educate the private universities about the relevance of securing international accreditation and the procedures to be followed for getting accredited.
