The minister thanked HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their support and guidance to the oil sector of the Kingdom.
The minister thanked Bapco’s Board of Directors, management and employees for their continued dedication and the progress achieved in the Bapco Modernisation Programme (BMP) and wished Bapco continued success in the coming year.
Dr Dawood Nassif, Chairman & Chief Executive of Bapco, chairing a meeting of the Board of Directors, thanked the Kingdom’s Leadership and the Minister of Oil, especially during a year impacted by Covid-19 pandemic conditions.
The meeting reviewed and resolved several strategic, financial, operational, organisational and human resource issues.
The meeting reiterated the importance of close cooperation amongst the Board, Management and Employees in ensuring continued success for Bapco during the global health and economic environment.
