Al Baraka launches all new WhatsApp Customer Care

Al Baraka Islamic Bank (Al Baraka – Bahrain), has announced the introduction of its all-new Customer Care WhatsApp service. The service, which is currently live, allows customers access to a digital helpdesk for quick and real-time solutions as well as transactional information from anywhere across the world.

The service is available Saturday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm Bahrain time. Speaking on the occasion, Fatema AlAlawi, Head of the Retail Banking Department of Al Baraka Islamic Bank-Bahrain, said, “At Al Baraka Islamic Bank, we realized that the next best way to serve our customers is by giving them the opportunity to address their every enquiry on the go.”
