Alba and INJAZ Bahrain Inspire Future Leaders Through Annual Summer Camp

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), the world’s largest aluminium smelter on one site, reaffirmed its commitment to developing Bahraini youth through its annual Summer Camp held for employees’ children, organised in collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain from 26 July to 01 August at Alba Club and INJAZ Bahrain Headquarters. 

The six-day programme brought together more than 60 children aged 14 to 18 and was delivered by volunteers from Alba as well as INJAZ Bahrain's staff. Through interactive sessions based on INJAZ Bahrain's programmes, including Innovation Camp, Toastmasters, Finance Park, and Career Walk, the Camp equipped participants with essential leadership, communication and career-development skills. It also included educational visits to the University Medical Center of King Abdulla Medical City and the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB). 

Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, Ali Al Baqali, and other Company and INJAZ Bahrain senior officials visited the Camp throughout the programme to engage with participants, sharing valuable insights on leadership, career development, and life lessons. 

The programme marked the first of two summer camps planned for this year, with a second one scheduled for August and tailored to a younger age group. Through such initiatives, Alba continues to invest in the development of future generations and support the growth of Bahrain’s youth.
