Bahrain to get two new four-star hotels

Two new four-star Boutique hotels and beach club are to come up in Bahrain at Bilat Al Jazayer. A tender board document says the Bilaj Al Jazayer Real Estate Development is looking for consultancy services for project and cost management.
The project comprises part of phase 1A of the Bilaj Al Jazayer Masterplan development.
The tender offers an eight-month pre-Contract and 30-month post-contract deals, according to the Tender board document. Bidders must be Grade (A) licensed by The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions or equivalent in the country of registration.
