National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) CEO Mariam Al Jalahma said that they are closely following up with the case of the news report published about the death of Asian expat due to a heart attack on his way to SMC medical complex after the rejection of a private hospital. NHRA confirmed that it will check the incident and if it's proven to be true , the authority will take action in accordance with the regulations both against the medical institutions and professionals who are involved.
