Asian housemaid attacks workmate in jealous rage

An Asian maid stabbed a fellow maid serving the same sponsor eight times out of jealousy, it was revealed.  According to court files, the victim was receiving better treatment from the sponsor because of her loyalty and commitment at work. The accused woman said to prosecutors that she had attacked the woman while she was performing her Fajr prayer in a jealous rage, while a family member provided further details of the attack.

  “We found the maid lying in a pool of blood after we heard loud screams from the domestic servants’ room,” the family member revealed to the Public Prosecution. Moreover, the head of the family described the accused woman as lazy as he gave more evidence of the attack to the Public Prosecution.  “She wasn’t working hard and she would sleep until the afternoon. The victim, on the other hand, was putting great efforts into her work. We used to share our impression about both of them openly,” the man explained.  According to court files, the accused woman hurt herself in an effort to manipulate the investigation into the case to show that she acted in self-defense.

“She ran away after committing the crime and we saw her through the CCTV cameras climbing the fence. We received a call from the manpower office who recruited her, saying that she was there with them,” the father said.  The accused woman stood yesterday before the High Criminal Court, where she pleaded not guilty. Judges ordered for her to be mentally evaluated to determine if she was responsible for her actions.
