Bahrain, Russia aluminium cooperation discussed
Moscow : A joint Bahraini-Russian taskforce in charge of aluminium industrial cooperation held its fourth meeting. Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry Undersecretary for Industrial Affairs Osama Mohammed Al-Arayyed co-chaired the meeting with Russian Industry and Trade Deputy Minister Sergey Tsyb.
The two sides discussed the prospects of expanding cooperation in the vital aluminium industrial sector. They also signed memorandum of understanding to bolster cooperation in the fields of marketing and logistic coordination, in addition to investment opportunities in the private sector. The Bahraini and Russian officials have also agreed to strengthen cooperation, exchange expertise and training and develop aluminium-related researches.
