Pact signed for academic research, Islamic studies
Manama : Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT) signed an agreement on academic and research cooperation with King Faisal Centre for Research and Islamic Studies. It was concluded by DERASAT’s Board of Trustees Chairman Dr Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and Secretary General of King Faisal Centre for Research and Islamic Studies Dr Saud bin Saleh Al-Sarhan, according to reports yesterday.
The agreement aims to boost cooperation in academic research, holding functions and exchanging information. Dr Shaikh Abdullah praised the pioneering role of King Faisal Centre for Research and Islamic Studies in promoting scientific research and boosting international standing in this respect.
