Expats sentence confirmed in drug peddling case
Manama : The life sentences issued against two Pakistani men on grounds of possessing four kilograms of heroine has been upheld by the Supreme Appeals Court.
The duo were part of a network run by a druglord specialised in peddling drugs across Muharraq.
The Mastermind is said to have used the duo to distribute the drugs after customers transfer the money into Pakistan for him.
Police received a tip about their illicit activities and raided their room, from which heroines weighing almost four kilograms were unearthed.
