BIHR welcome US Celebrity Chef
Manama : Bahrain Institute of Hospitality and Retail (BIHR) welcomed one of USAs’ Celebrity Chef Emily Luchetti in association with the US Embassy on campus earlier this week.
During her visit, Chef Emily interacted with the students perusing their Hotel management programme from Swiss school HTMi- Bahrain Campus and held a work based demo on some of her most popular desserts. Speaking on the visit, Managing Director Hatim Dadabai said, “BIHR constantly aims at improving high quality hospitality training to the people of Bahrain so that they can confidently face the unique challenges at their workplace.
This visit is an onset for student exchange programmes at our partner institute in Sorenberg Switzerland.” Nigel Viegas, Director at BIHR said, “The aim of this programme is to promote Bahrainisation, by providing Quality International Education and Training in line with the industry and Bahrains’ Vision 2030.”
