Time and Passion VS energy and curiosity, the golden combination

I read a book titled , recently of a Swedish author, who travels the world seeking factors influencing development of nations. Book’s name: .  The author Fredrik Haren comes to a conclusion that energy and curiosity are the main drive, both for those nations developing today and those who will thrive in future. 

I am also a believer that time and passions are main influencers to excelling, so how to nurture and ignite those four powerful elements? Here I would like to share some tips:

1. Ignite your passion: ‘It is where the mind hugs the heart, arrange the date!’

8 Know your purpose, seek your purpose, and seek purpose in all what you are doing, asking yourself what is the purpose? Why is it meant to be? All   the time helps you see the goodness in things or relate things to goodness, and hence develop a drive and a passion towards them. Keep on asking why?

8 Relate things to good impact, see impact, imagine impact, and imagine diversity and magnitude of impact. What good happens if?   

2. Ignite your curiosity:

8Start your day reading, it stimulates thinking, which stimulates curiosity

8Write every day; minimal writing, will also stimulate your thinking

8 Everything works for a combination of good and right reasons, a plane that arrives on time, a person who is seldom sick, a nation that excels in sports, be curious and seek the rightness in whatever they are doing, what right practices are they doing that is helping them? 

8 Avoid judgment, and replace it with analyzing, judging is ‘a full stop mark’, a barrier/road block with a sign: stop here! It restrains you from thinking any further.   

8 Surround yourself with non-judgmental and positive people, the other batch will sure suppress your curiosity

3. Ignite your Energy: ‘Energy doesn’t dissipate, it transfers from one form to another’ ‘preserve it and enrich it’. 

8 Eat well, eat good, eat right ‘get the right fuel’ , food plays a major role in our energy levels, so: a-avoid foods and drinks that will spike you sugar level.  Avoid food that will spike your insulin production, Do not starve ‘if your fuel light is let while driving your car, you get stressed’, avoid this situation with your body. Seek clean energy, look for good food, bad food will miss up your energy level.

8 Sleep well and sleep in the right times.  ‘Best sleeping hours are between 10pm to 2am,the rest are bonus’. Sleep right, lights and sounds stimulate your brain, so keep it dark, and keep you gadgets away.

8 Start your day early, your energy is always at peak in the morning.

8 Take a siesta, a nap by mid-day ‘if you can’, ‘not less than 20 minutes, not more than 40 min’, it’s an energy booster.

8 Do not get angry ‘at any cost’, anger depletes energy and so does negativity.

8 Pray and/or meditate at least three times a day those are the energy drinks of your day.

4.Time: and time again! It is the one that we can’t control, but sure may influence; what went has gone, what remains, we may slow down, how?

8 Plan your day in advance, the night before, plan your month, plan your year, anyhow, do it in advance.
