Bahrain man gets jail for having sex with teenager
Manama : A Bahraini man was sentenced to one-year imprisonment after having a consensus sex with a teenager.
The latter, in his twenties, was reported to police by the Bahraini girl’s family. The relatives of the girl told the prosecutors that he had enticed her to have sex with him.
The defendant confirmed the incident, stating that he had already agreed to have a sexual intercourse to make her pregnant.
“I knew her from Snapchat, and our relationship developed very quickly. We started talking on the phone and we began loving each other. We decided to get engaged, but her family refused because of our age difference,” the defendant told the prosecutors.
“Thus we decided to have a sexual intercourse to impose our desire on them. We had sex three times on that day,” he added.
