Amond France Endurance Race: Al Nayef Champion

Hussain Al Nayef representing the Bahrain Royal Endurance Team yesterday won the 90km qualifying race at Amond in France after fending off tough competition against other international riders, including a former King of Malaysia professionals from Belgium, France and other European countries and was the first achievement of its kind this season for the team.
Al Nayef was supported by Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee and Captain of Bahrain Royal Endurance Team.
Shaikh Nasser congratulated Al Nayef on his achievement, adding that Al Nayef proved himself in his first participation abroad and in doing so promoted the name of the Kingdom in international competition.
The win for Al Nayef’ came a day after his team mate Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa riding Dirham won the 120km race at the same venue on Saturday.
Bahrain Royal Endurance Team Manager Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hassan praised the latest achievement, which he attributed to the continuous support of Shaikh Nasser to the team and encouraging them to spare no effort in competing in international competition.
Al Nayef thanked Shaikh Nasser for his support and motivation to the team and for Bahrain Endurance Racing.
