MKF concludes Summer Job Exposure Programme to boost youth career readiness
AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) has concluded the 2026 edition of its Job Exposure Programme, aimed at equipping Bahraini youth with practical experience while strengthening their professional skills, leadership potential and sense of national identity.
The programme provides young participants with exposure to real-world workplaces, helping them explore their interests and make more informed decisions about potential career paths. Through guidance, mentorship and hands-on learning, participants develop personal and professional skills from an early age.
Designed for students aged 13 to 16, the programme places participants in leading national institutions, where they observe daily operations, interact with professionals and gain insight into different industries and career opportunities.
During the programme, students participated in practical activities covering CV preparation, workplace expectations, communication and teamwork. They also undertook hands-on tasks aimed at developing responsibility, independence and confidence, supporting MKF’s efforts to prepare Bahraini talent for the evolving labour market.
The 2026 edition was supported by several prominent national organisations, including the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY), Mubasher Capital, Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), Naseej, Masaha Creative Production, VOID, Bapco Energies, Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and AlQoud Foundation Group.
Their participation enabled students to gain broader exposure to key sectors and understand the diverse professional environments available within the Kingdom.
