The workshop brings together public health specialists and healthcare professionals to strengthen national capabilities and exchange expertise in vaccine management and supply chains.

Shaikh Mohammed said Bahrain has continued to prioritise immunisation as a key pillar of public health and disease prevention, while regularly updating its national vaccination programmes in line with scientific developments and international best practices.

He added that the workshop aims to enhance the immunisation system and improve vaccine supply chains, ensuring the timely delivery of safe and effective vaccines in accordance with approved quality standards.
