Housing Minister, Bahrain Real Estate Association Discuss Stronger Cooperation
Housing and Urban Planning Minister Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi met with Jawad Al Helli, Chairman of the Bahrain Real Estate Association, to discuss strengthening cooperation in support of Bahrain's housing and urban development plans.
During the meeting, the minister highlighted the importance of continued coordination with the association and other industry partners to help develop legislation, programmes and initiatives that support the Kingdom's housing sector.
The discussions covered several key topics, including the Government Land Development Rights Programme, the off-plan sales system, and opportunities to expand cooperation in the field of social housing to support the implementation of national housing initiatives and development projects.
For his part, Al Helli praised the Ministry's efforts in delivering social housing services for Bahraini citizens and reaffirmed the association's commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to the Kingdom's housing development goals.
