Bahrain-Saudi Ties Strengthened
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received His Excellency Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted the continued growth of Bahrain-Saudi relations under the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised the advanced cooperation between the two countries, underscoring the commitment and efforts of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, to advance bilateral relations and achieve shared aspirations.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad noted Bahrain’s commitment to furthering bilateral cooperation and coordination to achieve joint progress and development.
His Royal Highness stressed the importance of deepening this strategic partnership and building upon current, and historic, shared achievements.
During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest were reviewed. His Royal Highness noted Saudi Arabia’s role, alongside its allies, in safeguarding regional security, peace and stability.
For his part, HE Al-Sudairi expressed his appreciation for His Royal Highness’ commitment and interest in developing Bahrain-Saudi relations, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, His Excellency Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and several senior officials, were in attendance.
