Young Visitors Explore Bahrain's Legislative Process

The General Secretariat of Bahrain's Shura Council welcomed a group of children participating in the Injaz Bahrain Summer Camp as part of its efforts to strengthen community engagement, promote national identity, and raise awareness of the Kingdom's legislative process among young people.
The visit introduced the children to Bahrain's democratic journey and the role of the legislative authority through interactive activities designed to explain how laws are drafted and developed. The programme aimed to encourage dialogue, participation, and a better understanding of Parliament's role in serving the nation while inspiring the next generation to contribute to Bahrain's continued development.
During the visit, the participants learned about the Shura Council through a multimedia presentation and an interactive session led by legal researcher Hawra Sabt. The children also toured the Council's main chamber and expressed their love for Bahrain by creating artwork on a collaborative mural titled "With My Colours, I Draw My Love for My Homeland."
