New MoU to Enhance Institutional Development

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in training, leadership development and institutional capacity building.
The agreement was signed by IPA Director General Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa and NIHR President Ali Ahmed Al Derazi.
Dr. Shaikha Rana highlighted that the partnership reflects the Institute’s commitment to developing national capabilities through specialised training programmes and strengthening human rights awareness.
