Region Unites In Condemnation
General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force says its air defence systems successfully intercepted and destroyed multiple Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting the Kingdom. All BDF services and units are operating at maximum combat readiness, authorities confirmed.
Residents are urged to avoid approaching or handling any unfamiliar objects or debris resulting from the attacks and to report them immediately. Royal Field Engineering personnel remain on full alert to safely neutralise such material, protecting citizens and residents across the Kingdom.
The BDF General Command condemned the strikes as a deliberate violation of international humanitarian law, expressing pride in the vigilance and professionalism shown by its personnel in defending the nation.
GCC stands firm
GCC Secretary General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi condemned the attacks in the strongest terms, calling them blatant aggression against Bahrain and Kuwait and a direct threat to regional security. The GCC reaffirmed full solidarity with both nations.
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Jordan all issued condemnations, describing the attacks as flagrant violations of sovereignty and international law. The UAE expressed full solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, backing all measures to safeguard their security and stability. Qatar called for dialogue, diplomacy, and de-escalation to protect regional gains.
