HRH Crown Prince Meets DHL Express CEO to Boost Bahrain’s Logistics Sector

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met with John Pearson, Chief Executive Officer of DHL Express, at Gudaibiya Palace on Tuesday.

During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored the strategic importance of Bahrain’s logistics sector, noting that continued investment in infrastructure and enhanced competitiveness support the Kingdom’s comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Royal Highness highlighted the longstanding partnership between Bahrain and DHL Express, commending the company’s ongoing contributions to the growth of the Kingdom’s logistics sector. He also reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to expanding cooperation with leading global logistics companies to further strengthen its position as a regional and international logistics hub.

John Pearson expressed his appreciation for His Royal Highness’s efforts to deepen cooperation between Bahrain and DHL Express. He also praised the strong partnership with the Kingdom and its role in delivering high-quality logistics services.

The meeting was also attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; and HE Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DHL Express Bahrain.
